How we Help

- Your application form will be submitted to an evaluation committee that will meet once a month and will make the final decision as to whether we will assist with the matter.
- The evaluation process may involve interviews, investigations and engagement of specialists to provide opinions on the prospects of success.
- If your matter has been accepted and approved, this will be communicated to you and the necessary agreements and documents will be put in place.
- No fees or costs will be charged. However, from time to time. Contingency fee agreements may be put in place where litigation is a likelihood and law firms are involved.
